In the unlikely event you are wanting to return your Loungehat, then please do so with a brief description of why and we will refund you upon receipt of the hat.

You can of course swap your hat for another one if you prefer, if this is the case, let us know which hat you would prefer instead.

 

All Loungehats need to be returned in the same condition as they were received with the receipt or proof of purchase included. If you require a hat of a different cost, please bear this in mind and we will either refund the difference or send the replacement once we receive the difference in value if the replacement costs more.
