Simples! As all Loungehats are made from acrylic yarn, the best way to wash them is to hand-wash them in warm water at 30 degrees then lay out to dry naturally - don't be tempted to put them in the dryer!

Once your order has been placed, your Loungehat will be packaged and sent the very next day. All packages are sent 2nd class within the UK and you should expect to receive it within 2-3 days. For overseas orders this may take slightly longer

Loungehats are available from our Facebook page and also from Picson Printing, located in Pontefract West Yorkshire. Other Stockists will be selling Loungehats over the coming months, the website will hold details of these as and when they become available. Currently we support Paypal as this is a very reliable service, however as time goes on we are expecting to add more payment methods to suit everyone.

We produce Adult and Kids size hats, the approximate age for these is 4-10 for Kids and 11 and upwards for Adults. Some hats depending on the style may feel tighter to begin with as they are all handmade, but these will loosen up with wearing and feel like a second skin before you know it!

As we make standard size adults and childrens hats, the size may occasionally be different to your head size. There are a couple of things you can do here; If the hat is slightly too big, simply wash it at 30 degrees (preferably handwash), this will cause it to shrink a little. If the hat is slightly too small, it will stretch with wearing so persevere!

As we are a new company, as an introductory offer we will not be charging for UK delivery until January 2019. This will then be £3 per hat. Overseas delivery charges are £4 per hat, these costs will be added to the order during the checkout process.

In the unlikely event you are wanting to return your Loungehat, then please do so with a brief description of why and we will refund you upon receipt of the hat. You can of course swap your hat for another one if you prefer, if this is the case, let us know which hat you would prefer instead. All Loungehats need to be returned in the same condition as they were received with the receipt or proof of purchase included. If you require a hat of a different cost, please bear this in mind and we will either refund the difference or send the replacement once we receive the difference in value if the replacement costs more.
